Public Transportation

Boston’s public transportation is through the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). Get to know the routes and transportation options through the MBTA website or visit Boston Visitor’s Guide to the T.

Car/Parking

Parking in and around Cambridge is limited. If you are traveling to the area by car, you may want to consider leaving it at your hotel (free at Homewood Suites, paid valet parking available at the others) and traveling to conference events by public transportation or on foot.

If you do prefer to come to the conference by car, you should be able to find parking in one of the public garages or lots near Harvard (typically $30+ per day). Another option is to park at the Alewife Station Garage ($9/day) or Green Street Garage ($20-$30) and take the MBTA Red Line to Harvard Square. Street parking is available with the Passport app, but most spots have 2-hour limits and won’t work well for those attending the event.
